Eight teams are represented in Division I, which is divided into Groups A and B. Each team plays a total of seven games in a season: a group rival twice, once at home and once away, and one inter-group opponent once.
The regular season begins in late February with the hard hitting action continuing through May. A four-team playoff takes place in June to determine the champion. |
